WEB'S has had an unbelievable run on the Commercial aspect of painting through the years. This year marks our 30th Anniversary 1979-2009, going down memory lane... we have painted just about everything from an airplane hanger to the IKEA building in Burbank with 64 colors. We've worked at the Hollywood Theater, Northridge Mall, Topanga Plaza, painted up to 13 stories on the Iron Mountain office building downtown to get it ready for the muralists. The trip to Maui to paint Martin Lawrence Galleries was a milestone and of course we got to paint the local ones too. Not only did we ride the trains in Griffith Park, we painted them. Another great highlite for WEB'S was a custom home we painted in Malibu, designed by the famed architect, Richard Meier was published in Architectural Digest. Back in the Tilt-Up and Concrete Block Building hayday, we've painted many of the largest ones that were ever built throughout the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas.  In recent years with the building boom decline, we have focused on re-paints, tenant improvements, office, retail and industrial maintenance painting. We utilize, boom lifts, scissors lifts, stage and swing scaffolding and can take care of just about any structure, inside and out.

WEB'S will provide you with a detailed written estimate either by mail, fax or email promptly after the estimate is done. No work starts without a contract outlining exactly what is going to get painted along with written color approval. No additional work will be performed by WEB'S unless you approve the extra work in writing. We NEVER ask for a deposit prior starting work. We work on progress payments for the percentage of work complete as the job progresses. Upon completion of work you will automatically receive a labor and material release.

WEB'S is insured with Workers Compensation and General Liability Insurance and will supply you with Certificates of Insurance upon your request. You may also be named as an additional insured as well for no extra charge.

We believe it's our job to leave the property neat and clean for the duration of the project. To be free from debris caused by us. Web's takes all precautions on protecting floors, furniture, lighting fixtures, cement, trees and bushes from paint spatters.

Proper preparation is the secret to a long lived paint job, whether it be for interior or exterior it's the most time consuming part of your project. We scrape and sand all damaged and or peeling areas. Apply primer to all bare wood. Galvanized Metal will be etched and primed. Remove loose window putty and replace where needed. Caulking of all open seams and joints. High Pressure Power wash with a chemical injection that siphons in bio-degradable soap and scrub stubborn areas of surface contaminants and chalking paint.

Most Work is done Monday though Friday 7am-4pm. We can accommodate your scheduling needs whether it be early mornings, nights or weekends. All work is done by our staff of well trained professional painters. And we are on time, all the time.
